If you like standard Chex snack mix, you’ll love this spicy buffalo version even more. How do I know? My mom makes traditional Chex mix around the holidays every year, and this year is no different. But, when I made this Buffalo Ranch Chex Mix she immediately said I would need to make more and wanted to know if she could have the recipe.

There’s a whole lot of good stuff in this mix. Cereal, cheese wisps, pretzels, nuts, and a whole lot of flavor. This Chex mix is probably my new favorite. Cheesy and just spicy enough to keep you coming back for more with that delicious hotting inspired taste…

I can hardly believe that yesterday was the first day of my daughter going to second grade! Time just flies these days, even more so when it's time for back-to-school. It's a chaotic and unforgiving time of the year for any parent. That's why I'm all about simple meal solutions right now. It's no secret that this week has been kicking my tail, though more so in a humorous way at this point. I couldn't even list out the amount of things that have gone wrong because it's almost been everything that I've been a part of or a hand in. For a while now, I've been wanting to create a 'naked' burger. What's a naked burger? Basically it's a burger that is so good you don't need a bun. That's right. This is a bun-less burger! It sits here completely bare (except for a little drizzle of sauce) and couldn't be more proud of it.

Turkey burgers tend to get knocked on a lot with people making claims like they are dry or boring and bland. Honestly, I've not ever found that to be the case.
