So you know those strawberry shortcake ice creams with the crumbly bits of strawberry crunch on the outside? So I may have come across the crumbs, and yes, you can actually buy them! Now what does one do with strawberry crunch crumbs? Well, obviously make some sort of tasty strawberry sweet! That’s when the idea for this Strawberry Crunch Monkey Bread came to be.

Take it as a breakfast, brunch, or even dessert. This nostalgic twist on monkey bread has to be one of my new favorites. It’s ridiculously easy to make too, just as most monkey breads are. Now, there really wasn’t a whole lot to do in the ways of making this lightened up. But, I did sub out some of the sugars for natural sweeteners…

It’s been a rough week! But, somehow 'I’m pressing on. This Overnight Strawberries & Cream French Toast Bake is not only easy to put together and delicious, but it’s also lightened up and is the perfect make ahead breakfast for a busy weekend. I’ve made a blueberry version of it before, but I decided to change it up a little bit this time and use up these big giant beautiful sweet strawberries that we have popping up ahead of Summer now.

It’s a chocolate banana bread batter that’s been lightened up and LOADED with a heaping cup of chocolate chips so that you get an extra chocolatey bite each and every time. Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread

I’ve made a lot of banana bread in the past, but I realized that I’d never made one that only had chocolate chunks in it! Not only that, but this one is also made with no egg and no oil! That’s right. This bread is super tasty, easy to make, and good for you too - with well under 300 calories in a huge big thick slice!

This banana bread is as easy to make as one, two, three. Mix the dry stuff. Mix the wet stuff. Combine and bake! It really couldn’t be any easier. Of course, the chocolate chunks are the best part. Parmesan Rosemary Bread

Sometimes you just need a really good bread to go with dinner to sop up the leftovers of a good soup or stew. And this Parmesan Rosemary Bread is perfect for that. It’s got rosemary and parmesan baked right into the bread so there’s that bump of added flavor for whatever you happen to pair this bread with. Halloween Bread

With just a few days more before it’s Halloween I wanted to make my daughter’s lunch box extra special. So, I decided to make this fun Halloween colored sandwich bread! I made it based off of my Rainbow Bread, but with a slight recolor to go along with Halloween!
