I love Italian food. I mean… who doesn’t? One of my favorite Italian dishes is chicken parmesan. But, with things being so chaotic around the house right now, I thought it would be best if I could find a way to enjoy chicken parmesan as quickly and easily as possible. Chicken Parmesan Dip it is!

It’s about to be America’s birthday and I figured it was time to celebrate with some beer. And cheese. To be pretty honest, I don’t think that I’ve ever had beer cheese. Spring Vegetable Crudités Plate

To go along with my Skinny Whipped Feta Dip from yesterday, I decided to make a beautiful plate of Spring veggies! The plate is half Spring inspired and half Mediterranean inspired to go along with the feta dip. Along with the other disable bits, there’s some olives and capers on the plate too.

The plate of Crudités starts off with the Skinny Whipped Feta Dip. Then there’s plenty of slices zucchini, salami, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, berries, and of course… olives and capers! I’ve made my fair share of plates, trays, and other sorts of sharable appetizers before. But, I have to say that this Spring Vegetable Crudités Plate is well balanced and one of my new faves!…

The weather here in Texas right now is all over the place. We’ve gone from near freezing, to sunny and 90 degrees, and on further to torrential downpours of rain all in the matter of a couple of days.
